WinMind complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information from our records.

WinMind is a conflict resolution and goal achievement application. The content and features are suitable for teenagers and adults.

The App includes:

• Conflict resolution tools and methodologies
• Goal setting and tracking features
• Personal development resources
• Communication and negotiation guidance

The App does NOT contain:

• Violent or graphic content
• Adult or mature themes
• Gambling or real-money transactions
• User-to-user messaging or social features

While WinMind is designed to be educational and supportive, we encourage parents and guardians of teenage users to:

• Discuss the App's features and purpose with your child
• Review the conflicts and goals your child enters into the App
• Use the App as a tool to facilitate family discussions about conflict resolution
• Set appropriate boundaries for App usage time

Users between 13 and 18 years of age should obtain parental or guardian consent before creating an account, as stated in our Terms of Service.
